Ridley Randolph

Ridley Randolph is a writer and producer from Nashville, Tennessee, with a passion for both storytelling and the process of bringing stories to the screen. After growing up in the South, where she started working full-time at her family’s catfish restaurant at the age of 9, she developed a love for comedy, romance, and exploring the intersection of romance and identity in her work.

Since escaping Tennessee, she has graduated with honors from Columbia University with an MFA in Screenwriting, and from Elon University with a BFA in Cinema & Television Arts. Her half-hour pilot, ORIENTATION, won the Amy Higgins & Matthew Watts Teleplay Award at the Columbia University Film Festival.

This summer, Ridley was accepted into the WGA Support Staff Training Program for Script Coordinators, a selective virtual bootcamp designed to train emerging television talent. Throughout her years of schooling, she has interned at the Cannes Film Festival and various talent management and production companies, including assisting screenwriter and director Amy Talkington (“Little Fires Everywhere”). Most recently, Ridley worked as a General Production and Masterbook Script Intern for Season 51 of Saturday Night Live.
